2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
Procedure:
1. Mix and sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk and egg, and knead into a dough. Roll dough into 1"thick strips and cut into equal portions about 1"long each.
2. Roll each piece into pencil-thin strips. Loop each piece and press end lightly together to seal. then twist each as in a rope twist.
3. Deep fry twists one at a time until golden brown and crispy. Drain and dip in medium syrup while still hot.
